Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you browse our website, contact us, request a quotation, or engage Raven Digital LTD for digital services.

Last Updated: 23 September 2026

01 — General

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Raven Digital LTD website and to services supplied by Raven Digital LTD unless different terms are agreed in writing between Raven Digital LTD and the client.

By using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

Important: Where a signed proposal, quotation, statement of work, or separate written agreement exists, that document may contain additional terms specific to the project.

02 — Services

Our Services

Raven Digital LTD provides digital and creative services which may include:

  • Logo and brand identity design.
  • Website design and development.
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Digital marketing.
  • Facebook, Google and other advertising services.
  • YouTube thumbnail design.
  • App design and development.
  • Other custom digital and creative services agreed with the client.

The exact services, deliverables, features and project scope will depend on the quotation or agreement provided for the individual project.

03 — Enquiries

Enquiries & Quotations

Initial enquiries and discussions do not automatically create a contract between Raven Digital LTD and a prospective client.

A project will normally begin after the scope of work, pricing, deliverables and other relevant requirements have been agreed.

Quotations may have an expiry date or other conditions stated within the quotation itself.

04 — Pricing

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website may be examples or starting prices and may change without notice.

Services marked as Custom Pricing are quoted according to the client's requirements, project complexity, scope, features, deadlines and other relevant factors.

Payment Terms

Payment arrangements will be communicated and agreed before work begins. Depending on the project, Raven Digital LTD may require an upfront payment, milestone payments, or full payment before delivery.

The specific payment schedule applicable to a project will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or agreement.

Additional Work

Requests that fall outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges. We will aim to communicate additional costs before carrying out substantial additional work.

05 — Project Process

Project Scope & Delivery

Before work begins, the client should provide the information, content, materials and access reasonably required to complete the project.

Project timelines depend on the agreed scope and on the timely receipt of required information, feedback, approvals and assets from the client.

Revisions

Where a quotation includes a specified number of revisions, revisions are limited to the scope stated in that quotation.

Significant changes to an approved design, structure or agreed project scope may be treated as additional work.

Client Delays

Delays in providing content, feedback, approvals or required access may affect the agreed delivery schedule.

06 — Client Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate instructions and materials required for the project.

The client must ensure that materials supplied to Raven Digital LTD, including photographs, text, logos, videos, fonts, trademarks and other content, may legally be used for the intended purpose.

The client is also responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before final publication or launch.

07 — Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

Client Materials

The client retains ownership of materials supplied by the client, subject to any third-party rights.

Raven Digital LTD Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, Raven Digital LTD retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, reusable assets, internal processes, templates, techniques, code libraries and other materials that were not created exclusively for the client's project.

Final Deliverables

Ownership or usage rights in final project deliverables will depend on the agreement for the relevant project and, where applicable, on receipt of the agreed payment.

Third-Party Materials

Third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, software, APIs and other licensed materials may remain subject to their own licence terms.

08 — Website Development

Website & App Services

Where we provide website or app development services, the exact functionality will depend on the agreed specification.

Third-party hosting, domain registration, plugins, themes, APIs, payment gateways, app-store accounts and other external services may involve separate costs or terms.

Raven Digital LTD does not guarantee that a third-party service will remain available, unchanged or compatible indefinitely.

09 — SEO & Marketing

SEO, Advertising & Marketing

SEO and digital marketing results can be affected by search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, competition, market conditions, budgets, website quality and other factors outside our control.

We therefore do not guarantee a specific search ranking, number of leads, sales, impressions, clicks, followers or advertising return unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are separate from Raven Digital LTD service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

10 — Cancellation

Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation arrangements will depend on the project agreement, the stage of work and applicable law.

If a client requests cancellation after work has started, the client may be responsible for reasonable charges relating to work already completed, committed third-party costs and other amounts properly due under the agreement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any consumer cancellation or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11 — Refunds

Refunds

Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the project, the agreed terms and applicable law.

Where work has already been completed or third-party costs have been incurred, those circumstances may be taken into account when assessing a refund request.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects statutory rights that apply to consumers or clients under applicable law.

12 — Confidentiality

Confidential Information

We will take reasonable steps to keep confidential business and project information provided to us where that information is reasonably understood to be confidential.

This does not normally include information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

13 — Liability

Liability & Responsibility

Raven Digital LTD will provide services with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law and the relevant project agreement.

We are not responsible for failures, delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party platforms, hosting providers, advertising networks, APIs, software providers or other external services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

14 — Third Parties

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party services such as Google, Meta, YouTube, hosting providers, domain registrars, software platforms, analytics services, payment providers and other technology providers.

Third-party services are generally governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes made by those providers that affect the availability or functionality of their services.

15 — Website Use

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
  • To introduce malicious software or harmful code.
  • To interfere with the operation or security of the website.

17 — Changes

Changes to These Terms

We may update these website Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Changes to the terms of an existing client project will normally be handled through the applicable quotation, contract, statement of work or other written agreement.

18 — Governing Law

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to consumers.
